A good day on the court Thursday for Ignace and the Queen Elizabeth Warriors.
The Falcons split their games against the St. Thomas Aquinas Saints.
The Senior Girls Basketball team upset the Saints 38-27, while the Juniors dropped a 22-17 decision.
In Boys Volleyball, Ignace won in four sets in Seniors play. (19-25, 25-23, 25-19, 25-14)
The Falcons fell to the Saints in straight sets on the Junior side. (25-14, 25-17, 25-14)
The Warriors were hosting the Rainy River Owls.
Both Boys Volleyball teams posted wins, with the Seniors winning in straights sets, and the Juniors in five.
In Girls Basketball, Rainy River dumped the Warriors 47-12 in Seniors play, however the Juniors posted a 28-16 win.
