Water Ban in Atikokan

There will be no running through sprinklers in Atikokan.
The Municipality has issued a water restriction notice.
Town Manager Warren Paulson says non-essential use of water is now banned due to a shortage at the Water Treatment Plant.
Residents are urged to stay away from watering lawns, gardens and limit overall use until further notice.
