The Thunder Bay Water Treatment Plant is far from being repaired after the flood.
General Manager of Infrastructure and Operations, Darrell Matson says it will take the better part of a year to get it back to the way it was, prior to the May 28th flooding.
Matson says work at the plant continues and he will advise council as to any additional repairs or purchases they may need to make once an independant firm has concluded its investigation into the breach.
