The Conservation Council of Ontario is offering a few tips to stay
cool as Northwestern Ontario continues to sweat through a heat wave.
Executive Director Chris Winter says you can knock at least 5-degrees
off by inviting the cool air in overnight and shutting the hot air out
during the day.
Winter says you should use window fans at night and portable fans
during the day.
He also suggests turning off the lights and closing the oven door.
