Weather #2

Environment Canada says Northwestern Ontario will see

some warmer days in February, but the region isn’t out of

Sr. Weather Specialist David Phillips says February

offers some pleasent weather, but warns it’s not time to

Phillips adds this month we can expect warm days with

calm winds, with a few bad days mixed in between.
