February wasn’t overly cold in much of Northwestern Ontario.
That’s according to our Meterologist Bill Laidlaw.
Laidlaw says Dryden, Atikokan, Ear Falls, Red Lake, and Sioux Lookout had normal temperatures.
The cold weather exceptions are Fort Frances and Thunder Bay.
Those two had the second coldest winter in the last ten years.
