Weather Network Expects A Normal Spring

Spring will officially arrive later this month and many are likely looking forward to warmer weather.

The Weather Network has released its spring forecast which covers the months of March, April and May.

Meteorologist Doug Gilham says the winter has been milder than average and he expects a pretty normal spring.

“It’s important to keep in mind that it’s normal in the spring to have back and forth swings in temperature and periods of disappointment,” says Gilham.

Precipitation is harder to predict notes Gilham since a lot can fall in just a couple of storms.

But he thinks precipitation should be close to average.
