West Nile Hits Region

Sunset Country has its first confirmed case of West Nile Virus.
Northwestern Health Unit Spokesperson Al Mathers says the dead crow was found in Kenora 2 weeks ago and he fully expects to see more positive cases.
Mathers adds the risk of humans contracting West Nile is low but people should still take precautions.
