It was a challenging year at the Dryden Weyerhaeuser Mill with
soaring energy costs and the company fighting to save money.
Sandy McDade is the President of Weyerhaeuser Canada and he says times
will likely be equally difficult next year due to a couple of factors.

believes the Mill has taken steps to ensure layoffs can be avoided down the
