Weyerhaeuser has announced it will sell the Nipigon Plywood Mill to Columbia Forest Products based in Portland, Oregon.
Weyerhaeuser acquired the facility in 1999.
No financial details have been released.
Its expected Columbia will maintain its current staff base.
