What to do about Minaki Lodge

Minaki residents are being urged to lobby the province for a condo licence on behalf of the owners of what is left of the former Lodge.
The Archer Group wants to build condos on property left vacant when the uninsured main building burned last month.
However, there is some stiff resistance in the community, primarily from area contractors still owed some $1.5 million from renovations done last year but never paid for by Phil Archer.
