Where is That Smell Coming From?!

Complaints about an odour continue to mount on the Minnesota side of Rainy-River.
While residents believe its from the AbitibiBowater mill in Fort Frances, Koochiching County Commissioner Wade Pavleck admits there’s some disagreement over the exact source.
He says its time for the company, Boise Cascade and Government agencies to take some action.
Pavleck says a 2007 meeting promised ongoing reports to residents, but virtually no information has been received since.
The company maintains its meeting guidelines for air emissions at its mill.
