Will There Be Change Under Ernie Eves?

The Ontario Public Service Employees Union is hoping for change as Ernie Eves is sworn in as premier.
Dryden-area OPSEU spokesman Carl Bleich says the union hopes to find out soon if Eves and his new cabinet will make a difference when it comes to contract negotiations.
Bleich says talks are still under a media blackout although numerous rumours have been swirling since negotiations began two weeks ago.
