Wind Chill Warning Across Region

Another day, another wind chill warning in effect.
The wind chill warning is in effect across northwestern Ontario and southern Manitoba today and is expected to last until at least Tuesday afternoon.
The temperature could feel like minus 40 or colder with the wind chill and winds will be between 20 to 30-kilometres an hour.
All schools are open and school buses are running this morning.
It’s a different story out west as many rural Manitoba school divisions have cancelled classes today due to extreme cold and poor driving conditions.
The Trans-Canada Highway remains closed from Headingley to Portage la Prairie.
