Some of the top sailors in the midwest USA, Central Canada and here
at home are in Dryden this weekend for the annual Moosefest Windsurfing
Regatta.
Racing will be held on Saturday and Sunday starting at 11 o’clock
both days.
Top racers in the field include 19-year-old Minnesota
resident Lisa Kramer who is training to make the women’s U.S. Olympic
windsurfing team.
John Darling, the President of Windsurfing Canada will also be in
attendance to witness the popular event.
Dryden is bidding for the National Windsurfing Championship for 2010.
