It was a tough weekend on the ice for the Dryden GM Ice Dogs and Red Lake Miners.
The Miners dropped a pair of games in Thunder Bay; 6-2 and 5-2.
Red Lake is now five points back of the first place North Stars.
In Dryden, the Ice Dogs blew a 4-1 third period lead in a 5-4 set-back to the Thief River Falls Norskies.
Dryden GM is now tied with Fort Frances for fourth place, only one point back of the Norskies.
