Winnipeg Man Fined in Red Lake Area Violation

A Red Lake-area Lodge Owner has been ordered to pay $6,500 for illegally lodging paying guests on Crown Land.
Clint Perkins of Winnipeg was convicted of unauthorized use of Crown Land and providing a false statement to a conservation officer.
Court heard that Perkins placed temporary shelters at 3-lakes without Government permission.
He also denied during the investigation of using the land.
