Winter has come a bit early in Northwestern Ontario.
The Ontario Provincial Police want to remind the public to be extra cautious with the wet and slushy roads.
Acting Sgt. Anne McCoy says drivers should always drive according to conditions, keep a safe space between other vehicles and stay in control.
McCoy adds it’s a good idea to keep a winter-emergency kit in your vehicle.
