Winter Review, Spring Forecast

After a snowy winter, Environment Canada is promising better weather for the coming months.
Spring officially arrived Saturday and Senior Weather Specialist David Phillips says local residents can expect double digit temperatures by the end of week.
Phillips says despite a brutally cold January, the average temperature this winter was a degree above normal.
However, we did see 206cm of snow, almost double amount from last winter.
