Winter Weather is Back

Old Man Winter has returned to the Dryden area.
CKDR Meteorologist Bill Laidlaw says that a cold front from the west is bringing snow and freezing pellets to the region, which has already hit Red Lake.
He says that it will come through Dryden Sioux Lookout and Vermillion Bay around the lunch hour, with Ignace getting most of the freezing rain later in the afternoon.
Laidlaw adds that the snow and freezing pellets will continue throughout the weekend, but it shouldn’t be too severe.
