Wolves Capitalize on Mistakes en route to Victory

The Lakehead Thunderwolves capitalized on a strong second half to down the University of Manitoba Bisons 77-63 last night in Women’s University Basketball at Dryden High School.
5 players scored in double figures to lead a solid Wolves attack and Coach Jon Kreiner says they stuck to the game plan.
Kathryn Verboom led the Wolves with 16-points, while Bisons Forward Jenna Ralston led all scorers with 19.
The two teams will go at it again this afternoon at 12:45 at DHS.
