The Provincial Government has kicked off growth planning for Northern Ontario.
Minister of Northern Development and Mines Michael Gravelle says the
first step is 16-regional sessions involving a broad range of leaders and
experts.
A planning session will be held in Dryden but no date has been set.
The final document will be a 30-year action plan for supporting
sustainable prosperity in the Region.
Gravelle says the final report will be presented by the end of 2008.
