The Dryden underpass is receiving a facelift.
The existing hand railing on the east walkway of the underpass will be
repaired and other improvements are planned.
City Manager Arie Hoogenboom says this may cause some headaches.
n027 runs: 16 sec. out…in august.
Hoogenboom is anticipating 4 to 5 days of delays and work is expected
to begin sometime between August 22nd and mid-September.
