local drivers can start voting on the worst roads in the region.
its the fifth straight year for the ontario worst roads campaign,
conducted by the municipal roads coaltion.

a road on manitoulin island was named the worst road last year based
on more then 5-thousand votes on the coalition website www.worstroads.ca.
kennedy say historically 86-percent of the roads that make the list
have been repaired or improved.
