The Health Services Appeal and Review Board will not make a ruling on the regional smoking ban for another 2 weeks.
After month’s of waiting, a decision from the 3 member panel was expected to be handed down today.
However, a Board official says that a ruling will now come down around the 13th of February.
More details surrounding the exact date of the verdict will be released a week today.
Both the Northwestern Health Unit and the Freedom of Choice Coalition admit that the wait is becoming increasingly frustrating.
