A young Red Lake resident was forced to park his car on Highway 125 after he was stopped by OPP.
Officers stopped the driver for not having a light illuminating the license plate.
Police found out that the driver had a G1 license and was not accompanied by a qualified driver in the passenger seat.
The 17-year-old was handed a $105 ticket and was issued two warnings.
He was forced to leave his vehicle at the scene until a properly licensed driver could move it.
