Young Girl Dies During Field Trip

A 4-year-old Thunder Bay girl has died a day after she and 5-classmates were injured by a horse-drawn wagon.
Willow Scott Hannam was on a field trip with her kindergarten class from Hyde Park School Tuesday morning.
The family has been told the children had stopped to pet the horses tied to a wagon at Fort William Historical Park, when the animals became startled and the wagon rolled.
The park is looking into the incident and the school board and coroner also are investigating.
