A youth charged in connection to the death of a Rat Portage man in September of this year, faces one additional charge.
Provincial Police say the young man, who can’t be identified under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, has now also been charged with manslaughter in the death of 27-year-old Arnold Fox.
He had initially been arrested on a long list of charges including impaired operation of a vehicle causing death, flight from police causing bodily harm, dangerous driving causing death, driving while disqualified and failing to abide by a court order.
The incident took place on September 1st, when a man was dragged under a vehicle through the City of Kenora, before finally stopped by police on the Kenora By-Pass.
