1.2 Million Dollars Raised For Flood Victims

After six months of fundraising, the Disaster Relief Committee has raised almost 1.2 million dollars for victims of the May 28th flood in Thunder Bay.
Spokesperson Wayne Fletcher says he’s not discouraged even though the fundraising goal is 5 million dollars by the end of January.
Fletcher notes they continue to go through flood relief claims from those residents who didn’t have insurance or inadequate coverage during the flood.
