$1,000 Fine For Hunting Guide

A $1,000 fine for a local hunting guide.
Edward Feller of Dryden was fined for his part in an illegal hunt on Lac Seul.
Court heard that Feller was working for an Eagle Lake area lodge and that he took a non-resident hunter out in a boat in October, 2010.
The hunter shot at a moose in the boat and court heard that Feller didn’t try to stop the hunter.
It’s illegal to discharge a firearm from a boat.
