2008 Budget Under the Microscope

With 3-months to go in the fiscal year, the City is closely monitoring its finances.
Treasurer Linda McNaughton says its too early to tell if the 2008 budget will be balanced.
McNaughton says the capital budget is at $1.3-million, even though $8.5-million was set aside.
