2011 Census Time!

A reminder to fill out the 2011 Census.
You should have received your census package and it must be filled out on-line or by filling out the required papers.
Gary Dillon tells CKDR News that everyone who lives in a household must answer the 10-questions asked by Census.
Dillon says that the information is used by Provincial and Federal Governments.
One in three households will also be asked to participate in the new National Household Survey.
The information collected in the survey will provide data needed to plan and support family services, housing, roads, transportation and skills training.
Dillon adds that they are still recruiting census takers in our area.
