Record Breaking COVID Numbers In Ontario

A new one-day record in Ontario for new cases of COVID-19.

Public Health Units across the province are reporting a total of 939 cases.

That’s 17% more than Thursday’s number.

Toronto alone accounts for 366 of the cases.

Northern Ontario had a combined total of three, including the one in the Dryden-Red Lake area

Reports say the province is set to go back to Stage 2 for the Toronto, Ottawa and Peel regions, meaning indoor dining and gyms will be closed for 28 days.
