A good weekend of production for local players but unfortunately no wins for the Kenora Under 18 ‘AAA’ Thistles.
The Thistles lost two games to the Norman Northstars on home ice; 6-5 in overtime and 6-3.
Kenora also fell to the Winnipeg Thrashers 6-5.
However, Dryden’s Brandon Gustafson had a standout performance with a goal and four assists.
Peter Zilkalns recorded two assists.
Red Lake’s Ben Norlock had a goal and two assists.
