Ice Dogs Hosting Fundraising Game For Minor Hockey

It’s time to pack the pound as the Dryden GM Ice Dogs partner with Dryden Minor Hockey to support local youth.

The Annual Hometown/Our Pack Game is Saturday at 7:30 at the Memorial Arena.

Ice Dogs Fundraising Coordinator Lori Russell was a guest on the CKDR Morning Show Wednesday to outline some of the highlights.

“One-of-a-kind program that will be available for purchase at the door. With that purchase is an opportunity for a lucky fan to win a huge door prize. We are so grateful for the donation of Gould’s Brand Source. They have donated a 70′ TV,” says Russell.

Russell adds there will be a raffle table, toonie stick and door prizes.

The Ice Dogs will be wearing special jerseys for the game and they will be available for purchase following the contest.

There will be a post-game autograph session for fans.

Russell says this is an opportunity to connect with the team, something that hasn’t happened because of COVID restrictions.
