A charge of manslaughter has been laid against an 84 year old woman following an incident at a long term care home in Thunder Bay.
Harriet Gray was formally charged in court Tuesday.
This comes following an investigation into an altercation at a Carrie Street facility on May 18.
A 91 year old man was seriously injured after a fall and later died of his injuries.
An autopsy was completed and police began investigating the incident as a potential homicide..
Gray will remain at a secured and supervised care facility, and is no longer residing at the home where the incident occurred.
