2nd Locked Up In SIJHL

The Fort Frances Lakers should be sending a thank you gift to the Duluth Clydesdales this morning after the Lakers clinched 2nd in the SIJHL with a 4-2 win over the Sioux Lookout Flyers. The Clydesdales downed the Thunder Bay North Stars 4-3 in overtime meaning the North Stars can only tie the Lakers with 2 wins in their final two games. The Lakers hold a 4 point lead over Thunder Bay but own the tie breaker winning the regular season series 6 games to 5 should the two teams tie in points.
