St. Thomas Aquinas is receiving just under a hundred
thousand dollars in Provincial funding for their at-risk
student programs.’
Kenora Catholic School Board Director Of Education Dr.
Allan Craig says St. Thomas will offer alternative
learning for stundents who have dropped out.

Craig adds the February start program will allow
students to return to school, and recover their credits.
The money is part of the McGuinty governments
announcement of 1.5 million dollars in funding for a joint
proposal by the 8 Thunder Bay District School Boards.
