9-1-1- Mischief

A reminder of proper 9-1-1 etiquette from Red Lake OPP.
Police have received numerous calls in recent days from folks who have called 9-1-1 and hung up.
OPP have also responded to eight, 9-1-1 calls, which were non-emergency calls.
Police say some of the calls were placed by young children playing with the phone, some were from people who claimed they dialed in error and some were from people who were trying to reach the Detachment.
