Today marks the 12th anniversary of 9/11 and the Dryden Fire Service is continuing its tradition of honouring the victims of the terrorist attacks.
The Service is holding a short ceremony at 10 o’clock at the Fire Hall and members of the public are encouraged to attend.
There will be the ringing of the bell ceremony in memory of the emergency personnel who lost their lives.
Fire Chief Ken Kurz has stated that the event changed how they prepare and deal with emergency situations.
