Underpass Closed Starting Today

Today is the day work begins on the King Street underpass.
The underpass will be closed to motorists and pedestrians for about 6-8 weeks.
Motorists are encouraged to use the Duke Street overpass, Marguerite Street, Gordon Road and Sandy Beach Road.
The city is reminding motorists to allow for additional travel time.
School bus service will also be impacted and students are being asked to be at their stops 10-minutes earlier.
