A Call for More Money

Atikokan and other municipalities in the Rainy River District are being asked to dig a little deeper.
Rainycrest Home for the Aged is facing a funding shortfall and the Board is asking them to cough up more money.
One official says a 12.5% increase is needed to cover the deficit from last year.
A second hike will be introduced by the end of June to cover 2004.
