Members of the Conservative Party in the Kenora Riding now have a choice on who will be their candidate for the next Federal Election.
Kenora based Economic Development Officer Grant Carlson joined Dryden Councilor Bill Brown Tuesday.
Carlson says membership sales received a shot in the arm following Belinda Stronach’s tour of some parts of the region and he believes that will continue.
He says the fact that Bob Nault decided not to run leaves the riding ripe for the picking.
Carlson says he plans on visiting other communities in the Riding over the next few days with Saturday the deadline to sell memberships.
