A decision is expected today in the sexual assault trial of a 67 year old former Anglican Church Minister.
Ralph Rowe will be back in Kenora court this afternoon and will likely find out if he has to serve any additional jail time.
Rowe faces 12 charges against five aboriginal youth in remote northwestern Ontario communities dating back to the 1970’s and 1980’s.
Rowe has already pled guilty to sexual and indecent assault charges again 20 boys, but won’t have to serve any jail time due to a 1994 plea agreement with the Crown.
Rowe’s trial wrapped up three weeks ago and Justice Irwin
Stach has promised a decision by Monday afternoon.
