Here is what’s happening at some of our area High Schools:
Dryden High School
The Spring OSSLT is tomorrow (Tuesday April 14th) for those students who are writing. It will happen in the DHS library all day. Those writing should be on time and bring their charged chromebook. If you have questions contact VP Shannon Elliott.
ATTENTION 2026 Graduates! A reminder that the Parent Committee is now taking pre-orders for the Grad Yearbook. Pre-orders are due by Sunday, April 19th. The information and link to order have been emailed to parents/guardians and students.
Pelican Falls First Nations High School
The Pelican Falls First Nations High School Traditional Pow Wow will be held this Friday through Sunday – April 17th, through 19th.
Grand Entry on the 18th and 19th will be at 1pm and 7pm. There will be honourariums for singers and dancers.
Ignace School
This Thursday April 16th will be Twin Day at the school.
Friday April 17th will be Falcon shirt day. Wear your best Falcon-wear!!
Huge shoutouts to Ignace Falcons – Gavin Berube and Nash Parsons who represented Ignace School in the Skills Ontario event held recently in Thunder Bay.
Gavin finished second and will compete in southern Ontario in May. Way to go guys!
