A new program is helping to provide severely ill patients in Dryden, Sioux Lookout, Kenora and Fort Frances get critical care.
The Critical Response Program provides an on-call team via video conferencing.
Dr. Michael Scott is the projects Physician Lead and says they’ll be giving patients access to specialized treatments earlier.
Scott says patients will get real-time care that prepares them for transfer via ORNGE air.
