The parent company of Shoppers Drug Mart and Extra Foods is making changes to some of its household, beauty and cosmetic products.
Loblaw says items under the Life and President’s Choice brands will no longer be formulated using certain ingredients which have been linked to various health and environmental concerns.
That list includes agents that are used for, among other things, soaps, shampoos, toothpaste and skin products.
The move also impacts national Superstore and No Frills stores.
