Abandoned Moose Leads to Charge

A 32-year-old Sioux Lookout man has been fined after a bull moose was shot on Highway 516.
The MNR says the animal was seized last January however the meat spoiled because it was left ungutted for 30 hours.
Reuben Beardy has been fined $500 for wasting moose meat.
2 other charges were withdrawn.
