Both sides are back at the table after a month long break in talks aimed at forging a new contract at Abitibi-Consolidated.
A contract for Kenora and Fort Frances workers represented by the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union expired on April 30th.
Workers recently voted 95.4% in favor of giving the Union a strike mandate, but no strike mandate has been set.
Pensions and wages are two of the key issues.
