Aboriginal leaders and opposition parties warn that communities in Northern Ontario are vulnerable to the spread of swine flu this fall.
They say poverty and overcrowding will make prevention of the flu nearly impossible because people are living in such close quarters.
But Health Minister David Caplan says the province is doing everything it can to prevent the spread of the flu.
Caplan says protective gear and antivirals have already been shipped to areas across the province, but is still waiting for
federal approval of the H-1-N-1 vaccine.
